I'm Camryn Collins, a program evaluator based in Tampa. I hold a B.A. in Psychology, and a M.Ed. in Measurement and Evaluation and I'm extending that degree into a Ph.D. at the University of South Florida. I hold two graduate certificates from USF — one in Evaluation, one in Evaluation and Metaevaluation — with a third in Qualitative Research completed and pending conferral.
My work spans educator and stakeholder surveys, structured observation protocols, program evaluation for educational and visitor-serving institutions, and metaevaluation: the systematic review of evaluations themselves. Recent engagements include a multi-phase evaluation of demonstrative programming for a visitor-serving institution, and a data-driven operational assessment for a university research institute.
